You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are specifically prohibited from:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp
• Misrepresenting your business identity
• Reverse engineering any part of the Synckraft platform
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with system security

4. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and branding associated with Synckraft are the intellectual property of Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any actions taken by third-party platforms like Meta (WhatsApp).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
